Job Responsibilities:

  • IT Change Management:
  1. Host daily IT Operations problem/change review meeting in the morning and follow-up.
  2. Review and approve the Change Request and arrange CAB.
  3. Monitor and follow-up the Change Request completion and outstanding status.
  4. Monthly Management Reporting: Keep the policy and procedures updated and conduct annual user training.
  • IT Incident Management:
  1. IT Incident / Problem follow-up (from open to close with proper approval and according to policy and procedures).
  2. Host the monthly incident/problem review meeting with IT Operations, Development, and Governance Team, etc.
  3. Keep the policy and procedures updated.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Services Management; banking/financial industry experience is preferred.
  • Project Management and ITIL experience is preferable.
  • Strong IT knowledge on Infrastructure, Database, System, and Network.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and well-organized with a high level of integrity.
  • Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
