Description

  • Lead a small HR team (2-4 heads) and personally remain hands-on across all HR functions.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and volume roles; design and execute effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Manage compensation & benefits including payroll oversight, salary reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Drive HR initiatives and projects such as performance management revamp, culture building, engagement surveys, policy updates and HR digitalization.
  • Partner closely with business heads and senior stakeholders to understand commercial needs and provide proactive, pragmatic HR solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and best practices.
  • Prepare HR analytics, dashboards and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid all-rounded HR experience with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity leading a small team.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in recruitment, C&B, payroll oversight and HR operations; mass / volume recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset - able to link HR strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
  • Mature, independent, structured and able to thrive in a fast-paced, mixed-business environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Stable career history preferred.
