Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product life cycle of the bank's APP, leading the core feature iterations (account management, smart advisory services, cross-border payments), and formulating the annual product roadmap;
  • Build a user behavior analysis system (such as in-app touch point monitoring, NPS surveys), extract functional optimization requirements, and analyze transaction data using SQL/Python to design A/B testing models, thereby enhancing user conversion rates and retention rates;
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams including R&D (agile development), QA, and compliance (KYC/AML) to ensure project delivery on time and in conjunction with external partners to promote API openness and application in financial scenarios;
  • Design user growth strategies (such as check-in rewards, social media referrals) to increase DAU/MAU and integrate financial products (credit card installment plans, wealth management) to optimize revenue models while controlling customer complaint rates;
  • Lead AI function development (such as intelligent customer service, automated anti-fraud) to optimize risk control models and user service efficiency, and track the application trends of generative AI in financial scenarios and propose feasible solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Information Management, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or fintech company APP products, with the ability to provide examples of past projects such as payment systems or wealth management modules;
  • Proficient in using Axure/Sketch/Figma and basic data analysis capabilities using SQL/Python;
  • Familiar with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s compliance requirements for E-Banking and the ability to write and coordinate in English and Chinese.
