Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans for increasing the bank's penetration in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) market.
- Lead SME banking units of the bank and ensure effective coordination with branches and other business units to boost up SME customer base.
- Oversee and ensure smooth operation of SME banking function.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationship with major clients to assess and satisfy their banking needs.
- Monitor proper utilization of credit facilities in SME accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets.
- Coordinate with product, risk and other marketing functions and external partners to achieve the desired goal and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial banking with sufficient expertise in SME sector.
- Require in-depth knowledge of SME banking business and credit policies and standards.
- Good knowledge and skill of commercial banking products and client management.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
