Description
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing distributor relationships within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company strategies and achieving market share objectives. You will execute marketing and sales policies, provide product support to distributors, and assist them in meeting sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities, including government procurement projects. You will also organize promotional activities and sales events to strengthen brand presence in the region.
Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine or engineering, and brings at least eight years of experience in medical device or consumables distribution management or direct sales. You possess strong integrity, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop markets. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential, along with proficiency in computer applications. Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and a strong willingness to learn.
