Kin Wing Engineering is principally engaged in a wide range of design and construction of foundation and site investigation projects. We are also undertaking other ancillary services including site formation, ELS and pile cap construction. Our clients comprise of the renowned private and public sectors in Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities
- Organize site setup, manage the arrangement of site equipment and materials;
- Plan and organize the project supervision team to ensure work is carried out according to statutory requirements, approved method statements, and project programs;
- Collaborate with the project manager and team members to plan and coordinate subcontractors’ manpower resources and equipment;
- Arrange progress meetings and manage internal sectors and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards;
- Enforce safety and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate precautionary and corrective measures;
- Work with various departments to perform inspections and self-checks to meet quality, safety, environmental, and progress requirements;
- Establish and maintain a close partnership with clients, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in foundation or civil projects;
- Familiar with statutory submission and approval requirement;
- Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure;
- With committed in continuous learning is highly preferred;
- Experience with BIM is an advantage;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Site Engineer.
