Our client is a top ecommerce business who is looking for a Brand Management Director to join their growing business. This role will take on the full P&L responsibility and drive the category growth and performance. This role will need to relocate to Taiwan.

Description

As a Brand Management Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing category strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyzing data to build product assortment strategies and find growth opportunities.
  • Drive pricing strategies to ensure revenue goals are being achieved.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring category performance and implementing improvements to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead and coach a team and build a strong collaborative culture.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Profile

The Successful Applicant should have:

  • At least 15 years of experience within ecommerce, FMCG or retail industry with strong brand management and category management experience.
  • A proven leader with strong track record in driving P&L.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • Able to relocate to Taiwan.
