Assistant NPI Manager (Based in Dongguan)

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 5 years or above experience in manufacturing industry
  • Solid knowledge in product development, production and testing process
  • Proven experience in project management and budget control
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Station in Dongguan factory is required

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on product specifications
  • Ensure project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
  • Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
  • Communicate with oversea customers and in-house related production departments for project development
  • Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings
  • Experience in mechanical design with ProE/Creo will be an advantage
