Job Description

We are a team of experienced professional executive search and recruitment consultants focusing to provide services for recruiting candidates, serving multinational and local companies in Greater China region.

Fund Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fund accounting activities, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Process fund transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, and other fund-related reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve accounting and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist with audits and provide support for ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and financial instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of open-end and closed-end fund structures, as well as fund accounting processes.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • With Accounting/Fund Admin Experience is a plus
