Job Description

To

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the compliance functions of the Company and implement the necessary actions to ensure the compliance of all rules and regulations
  • Manage daily operations, review and update policies and procedures to ensure in comply with rules and regulations
  • Provide advice to the top management and implement business strategies
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Types 1 / 2 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 9 regulated activities
  • Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in asset management / fund management / portfolio management
  • Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management
  • Solid knowledge of office operations, risk controls and investment strategies
  • Strong analytical, presentation and management skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
