SFC Responsible Officer Type 3
Our client is a SFC Type 1,2,3,4,6,9 licensed company seeking for a RO for Type 3 activity.
Responsibilities :
Act as Responsible Officer to supervise all regulated activities and operations of the respective type of licensed business
Ensure all the activities to compile with SFC rules and regulations of the respective type of licensed business
Manage and supervise the operation team members
Provide constructive advice to the management to improve the business operation
Requirements :
Degree holder in banking and finance or other related disciplines
Has 3 years or plus solid experience to act as a Responsible Officer (RO)
Possess hands on management experience in relevant products and regulations
Has excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English and Cantonese, while good in Mandarin is a plus
