Job Description

We are a team of experienced professional executive search and recruitment consultants focusing to provide services for recruiting candidates, serving multinational and local companies in Greater China region.

Stablecoin Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, issuance and redemption mechanism optimization of stablecoins to ensure 1:1 anchoring with fiat currency/reserve assets;
  • Analyze market demand and design differentiated stablecoin use cases (such as payment, DeFi, cross-border settlement, etc.);
  • Ensure that stablecoins comply with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) "Stablecoin Issuer Supervision System" and other applicable regulations (such as AML/CFT);
  • Collaborate with the legal team to formulate reserve asset audit plans and disclose transparency reports regularly;
  • Track global stablecoin regulatory trends (such as FATF, IMF guidelines) and predict policy risks;
  • Expand partners (banks, payment institutions, Web3 projects, etc.) and build stablecoin application scenarios;
  • Promote integration with Hong Kong Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and traditional financial institutions.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, computer science or related fields;
  • More than 5 years of industry experience in financial technology, cryptocurrency, cross-border payments, etc., with RWA (real world assets) and other project experience preferred;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong's "Payment Systems and Stored Value Payment Instruments Ordinance" (SVF) and virtual asset (VASP) license requirements;
  • Familiar with blockchain technology (smart contracts, cross-chain bridges, etc.) and stablecoin economic models.
  • Priority is given to those who hold relevant licenses (Type 7 or VASP) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC);
  • Priority is given to those with cryptocurrency, cross-border payments, RWA (real world assets) and other project experience.
