To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber for the following position:
Job Duties:
- Oversee the quality control processes and procedures for the production of precision metal components
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure all products meet or exceed customer specifications and industry standards
- Monitor inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products
- Analyze quality data and reports in systematic manner to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Provide training to enhance capability of department in quality control and supervision
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from customers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, product quality, and quality system.
- Direct report to the Management on overall quality performance with analysis and improvement suggestions, and not limited to the scope of quality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- Knowledge in latest quality management and good manufacturing practices
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control management role within the precision metal components industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and industry standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Station in Dongguan Plant and frequent travel to overseas
