We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract administration, cost monitoring, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
- Maintain and update project correspondences for the purpose of interim payment, variations and final accounts
- Prepare payment and variation applications and handle contract claims
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Liaise with external and internal parties on contract issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience with exposure in E&M projects is preferred
- Detail-minded and self-motivated
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
