Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 3328) is one of the oldest banks in China, and also acted as one of the country’s banknote-issuing institutions. - Lead a team to provide comprehensive support and internal control functions for the Global Markets Department.
- Formulate and review departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and guidelines, thereby improving business operations and daily efficiency.
- Develop and maintain adequate infrastructure to support the operational and risk management needs of the department.
- Act as a core coordinator in all business projects; assist in preparing business plans and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Possess a degree or higher in Finance, Business, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF Level.
- Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Treasury operations or Treasury audit, with a solid understanding of banking industry practices and financial products/models.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office and have knowledge of treasury-related systems like Summit.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
