Senior Planning Officer

Department: Capital Investment & Planning Management

In this position, you will:

• Organize and conduct post-investment evaluation activities to improve overall investment returns.
• Drive the development, application, and implementation of digital and intelligent systems in the planning and construction sectors.
• Coordinate departmental teams to ensure compliance with internal control requirements, assisting group-level and external entities with compliance, internal control, and audit inspections.
• Manage daily departmental operations, including integrated reporting, development initiatives, strategic measures, expense budgeting, performance planning, work safety, and general administrative affairs.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, process management, compliance management, or a similar role.

• Excellent self-learning, commStrong proficiency in using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.unication, expression, and comprehension skills.

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
