Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing business auditing rules and management measures, and revising and improving them in conjunction with business development and risk monitoring.
  • Responsible for conducting daily business audits, following business rules and auditing requirements to perform audits on client information integrity, business acceptance compliance, and system business data consistency.
  • Responsible for conducting special audits on income and providing process or rule optimization suggestions to the business department based on the audit issues identified.
  • Responsible for overall management of auditing system business requirements, including submitting system construction requirements, following up on system development and functional launch testing, and post-evaluation of requirements.
  • Responsible for organizing and carrying out business audit rectifications, following up on the flow of rectification work orders, and achieving closed-loop rectification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Management, or Auditing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, data analysis, etc. Candidates with similar experience in telecommunications or related fields are preferred. Knowledge of audit management is a plus.
  • Quick thinker with excellent written communication, material writing, data analysis, and logical thinking abilities; strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese, Cantonese and English.
