Assistant Manager (Retail Lending Operation)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessment on credit proposals of retail lending
  • Provide recommendations on credit applications to facilitate approvals in compliance with the credit policies and guidelines
  • Interact with internal parties, including frontline and operation departments
  • Ensure customer service standards are met at all times

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • At least 2 years of credit approval experience in banking industry
  • Detailed minded with good credit sense and good knowledge of HKMA related guideline
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
