An Accounting Manager is now required as a result of business growth: Responsibilities:
- Work as a primary contact for the Cross Border E-commerce (CBEC) China team’s monthly financial report & analysis
- Coordinate with CBEC China Finance to ensure its monthly transactions are appropriately processed and consolidated into group monthly result
- Oversee the accounts payable for CBEC including invoice booking, payment settlement, month-end closing, cashflow preparation, etc
- Handling of accounts receivable and the general ledger closing & reconciliation
- Support inventory accounting including maintenance of SKU master list, inventory reporting, analysis, stocktake and cost review
- Provide auditing support in preparation of interim & annual management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet and Sales report
- Prepare for the Year-end reporting & adjustments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 5 -8 years’ experience in the role of accounting / financial reporting
- Ideally qualified with CPA or equivalent but non-qualified candidates are also welcome if they have working knowledge/experience in bookkeeping
- Knowledge & experience in HSBCNet and E-commerce platforms of Tmall, Douyin & JD will be an advantage
- Familiar with the day-to-day financial operation needs of an E-commerce business
- Hands on, self-driven & feel comfortable in a start-up environment
