Design, develop and deliver courseware on Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) Training / Change Management Briefing
Communicate with different IT teams to design and develop the training contents to ensure courses are responsive to the current and future needs
Conduct classroom training and assessment as required to ensure that trainees are equipped with all necessary knowledge and skills and are competent to perform their job
Provide appropriate instructional techniques, skills, and knowledge are satisfactorily developed to meet the needs of the training programmes
Identified training needs are met through effective learning methods. Explore the possibility of using new / advanced training technologies to enhance training effectiveness from time to time
Interpret IT technical terminology and effectively translating it into layman’s terms to facilitate understanding among business users
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
5 years’ solid working experience in IT industry and with at least 3 years training related
