Engineer / Senior Engineer (HVAC / MVAC Service & Maintenance) Air Condition

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineer or Senior Engineer (HVAC / MVAC Service & Maintenance) to join our Air Condition team at Golden Leaf International (Hong Kong) Limited. This is a full-time position based in the Kwai Hing Kwai Tsing District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HVAC/MVAC service and maintenance to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC/MVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair any HVAC/MVAC system issues or breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC/MVAC technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC/MVAC service and maintenance
• Sound technical knowledge of HVAC/MVAC systems and components
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC/MVAC issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work on-call and outside of regular business hours as required
