Responsibilities:
Formulate sales strategies for frozen food categories to drive business revenue and profit margins in wet market, food services and key account channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Explore new business opportunities in the market
Identify and understand market trends for long term business development
Lead the team to achieve revenue targets and upkeep engagement with key customers
Work with internal departments to co-ordinate the relevant sales activities and control procedures
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
10 years’ FMCG sales & marketing experience in a sizable organization, preferably in food industry
Remarkable sales experience and achievements in frozen food / chilled food categories is highly preferred
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
