Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll processes for all distribution channels.
  • Process and reconcile compensation, bonuses, and incentives in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date agent and technical representative records in the agency management system.
  • Oversee agent lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions/demotions, data amendments, and contract terminations.
  • Manage orphan policy transfers and support debt recovery processes.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data entries across systems.
  • Submit statutory filings to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, Macau AMCM, and other relevant regulators.
  • Coordinate license renewals, CPD declarations, and annual regulatory filings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in agency operations, insurance administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with payroll/compensation systems, data management, and agent lifecycle processes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and discretion.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a multi-regulatory environment.
