Responsible for assisting the Factory Manager in leading & managing the production engineering team, driving continuous improvement on product quality, process effectiveness & efficiency, operation cost reduction as well as EHS functionality of the manufacturing plant.
- Bachelor Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ experience at managerial level in manufacturing industry
- Solid experience in PIE and Good at manufacturing technique of electrical household appliances
especially strong in assembly line and warehouse operation
- With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English, while can speak & read Chinese is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Production Engineering Manager
