Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Agent Registration & Licensing: Manage onboarding and licensing processes for new agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • CPD Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities for all agents.
  • Agent Movement & Termination: Track and process agent transfers, resignations, and terminations in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Policy Assignment: Coordinate and assign policies to agents, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
  • Data Management and Filing: Maintain and update agent databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information and ensure proper filing in system

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agency operations, insurance administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within insurance, financial services, or agency operations.
  • Strong understanding of licensing and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
