The major purpose of this position is to act as the site in-charge of a single office tower to ensure its smooth operation. It would include day-to day coordination in various aspects such as building maintenance, tenants’ relationships and participate in ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the site team for implementation of the daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties including customer services, security maintenance, cleaning and facilities management, etc.
Maintain good relationship with tenants (including handover/ takeover and enquiries)
Site visit of potential tenants, office administration work, etc.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 6 years relevant experience
Experience in office/ commercial buildings is a must
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office
Capability of working under stressful environment
