Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing initiatives including festive decorations, promotional campaigns, and public relations activities to enhance the retail portfolio.
Create quality marketing materials and engaging content for social media platforms.
Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, tenants, and external vendors to promote our shopping malls.
Provide marketing coordination support to the leasing team and assist with related administrative tasks.
Manage and maintain digital platforms including the project website, Instagram, Facebook, and the membership apps.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the shopping mall or retail industry.
Creative and mature mindset; capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging tenants, business partners, and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of both English and Chinese.
