Accountant - Regional Finance Team
- Location: Shatin Science Park
- Business : MNC semiconductor distributor
- Department : Regional Finance Team
- Mon to Fri : 9:00am-5:00pm
- 13 months salary + bonus + transportation allowance

Position Summary
- Work in Regional Finance Team.
- This role offers exposure to cross-country financial operations and strategic planning across Asia Pacific.
Team Structure
- Work within a Regional Finance team of 3 members
- Report directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support consolidation of annual budget, periodic forecasts, and actuals through close coordination with regional and country stakeholders
- Participate in budget preparation for the regional office
- Monitor performance against budget and KPIs, and proactively highlight variances
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports in line with corporate requirements
- Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit processes
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports from country offices
- Review country submissions and ensure detailed commentary on variances
- Contribute to automation and standardization of management reporting and presentations
- Help drive accountability and operational efficiency across finance functions
- Provide financial support and guidance to country finance teams
- Support FP&A Manager in ad hoc assignments
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or auditing
- Audit background or prior experience in MNCs is highly preferred
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments and levels
- High proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus

- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
