- This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in operating theatre environments or a strong background in surgical product applications.
Key Responsibilities- Report to Senior Product Manager of Surgical Team
- Collaborate with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams to support product adoption
- Work closely with and support the Sales Team to align clinical insights with commercial strategies
- Deliver detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals
- Provide on-site clinical support in operating theatres when required
- Build, maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders across public and private hospitals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Support product workshops, congresses, medical seminars, and trade shows
- Liaise with international suppliers for product updates, training, and technical support
Ideal Candidates- University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Engineering, Biology, Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical products or nursing experience in operating theatres; or equivalent surgical related
- Knowledge of cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
