Responsibilities 職責- Undertake research and analysis on the global mining industry.
- 進行全球礦業研究與分析。
- Organize and participate in the analysis and feasibility demonstration of investment projects, including technical and operational reviews at overseas mine sites.
- 組織並參與投資項目的分析與可行性論證，包括海外礦場的技術與運營審查。
- Organize and participate in the implementation and promotion of approved investment projects.
- 組織並參與已批准投資項目的執行與推進。
- Post-acquisition: actively participate in the daily management and operation of overseas mines, ensuring smooth transition from investment to production.
- 收購後：積極參與海外礦山的日常管理與營運，確保從投資到生產的順利過渡。
- Oversee mine operations including safety, production efficiency, workforce management, and compliance with international standards.
- 監督礦山運營，包括安全、生產效率、人員管理及符合國際標準。
- Organize and participate in the management of post-investment projects, focusing on operational optimization and performance tracking.
- 組織並參與投資後項目的管理，專注於運營優化與績效追蹤。
- Undertake overseas assignments to project sites as required, including short- and medium-term on-site postings.
- 按需要承擔海外項目派駐，包括短期及中期現場工作。
- Undertake other tasks assigned by department heads or company leadership.
- 承擔部門主管或公司領導分配的其他工作。
- Frequent trip required, maybe assigned to short term or medium term work in overseas mine sites
- 需經常出差，並可能被派往海外礦場進行短期或中期工作
Ideal Candidates 理想人選- Master’s degree in geology, mining engineering, mineral processing, metallurgy, or other related mining disciplines.
- 擁有地質學、礦業工程、選礦、冶金或其他相關礦業專業的碩士學位。
- Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on experience working on-site in overseas mining operations or at overseas mines (Canada, Indonesia, Africa, Australia, or other regions).
- 至少5年在海外礦業運營或礦場現場工作的專業實務經驗（如加拿大、印尼、非洲、澳洲或其他地區）。
- Strong technical foundation in mining operations, mineral processing, metallurgy, and geology, with additional knowledge in finance, accounting, and investment.
- 具備礦業運營、選礦、冶金及地質的扎實技術基礎，並具備財務、會計及投資知識。
- Direct involvement in successful overseas mining investment projects, or deep participation in the full cycle of overseas mining project investment, is an advantage.
- 曾直接參與成功的海外礦業投資項目，或深入參與海外礦業投資全流程者更佳。
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- 良好英文及普通話能力。
- Strong written skills in drafting materials such as requests for instructions, operational reports, and analytical documentation.
- 具備撰寫請示文件、運營報告及分析文檔的優秀書寫能力。
- Familiarity with the mining industry, with an intuitive understanding of the entire process of mine development, construction, and operation.
- 熟悉礦業行業，並對礦山開發、建設及運營的全過程有直觀理解。
- Proficiency in office software and reporting tools.
- 熟練使用辦公軟件及報告工具。
- Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and effective teamwork.
- 具備清晰的邏輯思維、良好的溝通能力及高效的團隊合作精神。
