Position: Quality Engineer
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.
- This role focuses on supplier quality management and green procurement compliance across diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a 10-member Quality team
- Manage supplier quality assurance activities for both electronic and non-electronic components
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans, inspection standards, and finished product inspection procedures
- Define production audit criteria and conduct factory audits to ensure supplier QA systems are properly established
- Oversee engineering change management to maintain consistent product quality
- Implement chemical substance verification processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate standards
- Plan and execute audits of supplier green procurement systems
- Conduct failure analysis on market claims and coordinate preventive actions with suppliers
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent field
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Skilled in MS Word and Excel
- Willing to travel to China and Southeast Asia
