- Specializing in household and sundries products, we work closely with partner factories in China to serve diverse export markets including Middle and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Position Overview- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations and lead our sales, administration, and shipping teams.
- This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales, sales administration, and shipping teams
- Oversee the daily trading operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Ensure professional service is consistently delivered to overseas customers
- Supervise order processing and ensure trading operations run efficiently
- Monitor shipping documentation and logistics to guarantee accuracy and punctual delivery
- Build and strengthen relationships with key international customers
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions in Hong Kong, China, and overseas
- Support the Managing Director in overseeing a team of 20–25 staff
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Ideal Candidate - Degree holder
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in export trading, preferably in small to medium-sized trading companies
- Proven expertise in export trading operations, especially sourcing from China for overseas markets
- Strong understanding of trading documentation, including L/Cs, import/export shipping documents, and banking paperwork
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
