Sales & Operations Manager – Luxury Packaging Solutions- Join a leading European company specializing in luxury packaging and promotional solutions for the global beauty industry.
- With a strong presence in France and Europe, and growing markets in the US and APAC, we design, develop, and manufacture premium packaging and gift items for internationally renowned cosmetic and skincare brands.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across diverse international markets
- Manage sales targets, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales and customer engagement processes
- Support senior management in strategic planning and business decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Ensure operational excellence across sales and logistics functions
Ideal Candidates - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of sales and managerial experience in luxury packaging or gift-related industries
- Proven success in multi-regional sales leadership and team management
- Deep understanding of the luxury beauty market and packaging trends
- Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
