Sales Coordinator – Join a Global Innovator

Job Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors

  • Follow up proactively with customers to maximize sales performance and ensure satisfaction
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
  • Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities across internal teams
  • Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development
  • Participate in occasional business travel as required
  • Work collaboratively within a sales support team of six members

Ideal Candidates- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration or sales supporting role
  • Experience in electronic devices is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Asia market is a plus
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including Power Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
