Sales Coordinator – Join a Global Innovator

Job Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors
- Follow up proactively with customers to maximize sales performance and ensure satisfaction
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
- Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities across internal teams
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business presentations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development
- Participate in occasional business travel as required
- Work collaboratively within a sales support team of six members
Ideal Candidates- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support
- Experience in electronic devices is a plus
- Familiarity with the Asia market is highly preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including Power Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
