The Opportunity : Senior Audit Associate
- Perform audit, audit-related, and other assurance services for clients across various industries
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and timeliness
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration across internal service lines
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members
- Report directly to the senior manager or partner
- Occasional travel may be required
Ideal Candidates
- 3+ years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Experience auditing listed and private companies; knowledge of IPOs, Listing Rules, and capital raising is an advantage
- Strong technical expertise and project management capabilities
- Self-motivated and resilient under seasonal work pressure
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations
