Senior Production Manager – Computer Server Manufacturing 高級生產經理 – 電腦伺服器製造
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- 直接向首席營運官（COO）匯報
- Responsible for leading all‑round functions in setting up and managing a new computer server production line in Shenzhen factory
- 全面負責深圳工廠新電腦伺服器生產線的建立及管理工作
- Oversees the planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness to ensure a successful launch and ongoing efficiency of server manufacturing operations
- 監督規劃、資源分配及營運準備，確保伺服器製造順利啟動並持續高效運作
Key Responsibilities / 主要職責- Lead the end‑to‑end setup of a new computer server production line, from initial planning to full‑scale production
- 主導新電腦伺服器生產線的全流程建立，從初期規劃至全面投產
- Manage all production functions, including manpower planning, machine utilization, workflow optimization, and shop floor execution
- 管理所有生產職能，包括人力規劃、設備利用、流程優化及車間執行
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of technical and operational requirements
- 與工程、品質及供應鏈團隊協調，確保技術與營運要求無縫整合
- Oversee equipment installation, production scheduling, and operational validation for server manufacturing
- 監督設備安裝、生產排程及伺服器製造的營運驗證
- Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, optimize material usage, and improve yield
- 推動持續改進計劃，以提升生產力、縮短週期、優化物料使用及提高良率
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and product specifications throughout production activities
- 確保所有生產活動符合行業標準、安全規範及產品規格
- Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to senior management
- 定期向高層管理層提供營運更新及策略建議
Ideal Candidate / 理想人選- Bachelor in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline
- 工程、工業管理或相關學科學士學位
- Minimum 10–15 years of managerial experience in production management within electronics or computer product manufacturing environments
- 至少 10–15 年電子或電腦產品製造業的生產管理經驗
- Proven experience in computer server manufacturing is essential
- 必須具備電腦伺服器製造的相關經驗
- Background in production line setup will be an advantage
- 具備生產線建立背景者優先
- Familiarity with server production processes, PCB handling, and automated production systems preferred
- 悉伺服器生產流程、PCB 處理及自動化生產系統者優先
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational excellence
- 具備卓越的領導力、組織能力及解難技巧，專注營運卓越
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and team management capabilities
- 具備良好中英文溝通能力，並具備優秀的溝通及團隊管理技巧
