The Opportunity: Solicitor or Registered Foreign Lawyer - M&A Transaction- We’re looking for a talented legal professional to join our growing team. If you're passionate about corporate transactions and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Ideal Candidates- Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor or Registered Foreign Lawyer

• 4+ years PQE, including 2+ years in transactional work (M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate structuring)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bonus: Proficiency in Chinese and/or a European language
• Strong interpersonal, client-facing, and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach
• International experience or outlook is highly valued

What You’ll Do- Advise on M&A transactions, from due diligence to deal structuring and negotiation

• Draft and review key documents: SPAs, shareholder agreements, investment agreements
• Provide strategic counsel on corporate structuring, reorganizations, and joint ventures
• Support governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Work closely with tax advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions
