Role Summary

  • Reports to the Divisional Head of Lighting
  • Manage multiple teams including product development, procurement, QA/QC teams
  • Ensure daily smooth operation with customers & suppliers
  • Oversee supply chain from procurement to production & distribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business KPIs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and manage teams across product development, procurement, and QA/QC to ensure smooth daily operations with customers and suppliers.
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement through production and distribution, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Prepare and manage the operations budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational capabilities with business objectives.
  • Elevate customer service standards to reflect high brand value and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory control and aging stock to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, fostering a safe and secure working environment.

Ideal Candidates

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Analytical thinker with expertise in financial management, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player who promotes innovation and a positive work culture.
  • Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and delivering results under pressure.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in a management role within operations, merchandising, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in lighting products trading or buying offices environment is a big plus
