As a member of the Lai Sun Group which obtained its first listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 1972, our Company is well diversified with principal activities in property development, property investment, hotels, media and entertainment. To cope with our business expansion, we are inviting competent candidates to join us:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties for business related and personal matters
  • Manage calendar and arrange meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements, manage trip requests and expenses reimbursements
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on operations
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or other related disciplines preferable but not necessary
  • Possess basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized, detail minded and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
