What You’ll Do

Shape the Future: Lead core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Build Smart Tools: Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools that empower decision-making.
Be a Strategic Partner: Analyze business challenges, synthesize financial inputs, and influence planning, accounting, and treasury strategies.
Drive Performance: Oversee management reporting with sharp variance analysis and performance commentary.
Lead Investigations: Independently design and execute recurring and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
Innovate & Transform: Champion finance transformation initiatives, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
Communication Skills: Confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills.
Leadership: Self-starter who can manage projects independently and influence stakeholders.
Bonus Points: Experience in finance transformation and process improvement.
