Licensing Manager-Southeast Asia

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Work with domestic team to manage existing key licensees & development of new licensees
  • Develop strategies and business plans by retailer, brand and property
  • Work closely with SEA licensing teams to achieve sales targets
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirement:

  • Great Enthusiasm in Japanese Anime
  • Familiar and experience of SEA markets
  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant business administration, commercial marketing, or similar consumer targeting experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in licensing and marketing or related field
  • Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details
  • Strong negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
