Information Technology Technician

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems,Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is required.
• Familiarity with NAV System.
• At least 2 years of information technology and sales experience, preferably in the decorative glass material or construction industry.
• Strong ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in promoting glass products, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to sales growth.
• Capable of analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Self-motivated, a strong team player, able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• To participate in the configuration and installation of popular network operating systems, network equipment and networking software
• To diagnose and resolve problems encountered during network implementation
• To prepare guidelines and procedures for the daily operations of installed wide area network (WAN)/local area network (LAN).
• Manage customer inquiries and orders through the NAV system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing.
• Provide technical and clerical support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and product information.
• Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, leveraging your technical knowledge of glass products.
• Support the sales team in client communications, providing technical details and product information as needed.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
