Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition & Strategy:
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from partnering with department heads to understand their strategic hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent.
  • Develop innovative strategies to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring we are prepared for future growth and industry demands.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture and values to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Talent Development & Performance:
  • Partner with managers to identify individual team members' strengths and development areas, creating personalized growth plans that align with both personal aspirations and company objectives.
  • Lead the annual performance review cycle, providing managers and employees with the tools and guidance for meaningful conversations and constructive feedback.
  • Act as a trusted coach, offering professional development advice and counseling to support career progression and enhance performance.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Design and implement a calendar of engaging team-building activities and initiatives that strengthen collaboration, boost morale, and reinforce our company culture.
  • Foster a harmonious and inclusive work environment by acting as a primary point of contact for all employees, listening to their feedback, and addressing their concerns.
  • Be the communication bridge between staff and leadership, ensuring transparency and that employee voices are heard and valued.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Oversee all core HR administrative functions, including but not limited to payroll liaison and benefits administration
  • Running day-to-day office operations, including managing facilities and supplies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR & operation policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and best practices.

Who You Are:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (4 years) in a generalist HR management role.
  3. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and understanding of international HR practices.
  4. An exceptional communicator and listener with high emotional intelligence, able to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
  5. A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  6. Fast learner, self-motivated and detailed-minded.
  7. Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
