Senior Training Specialist

Our Client is a Chinese-based financial holdings who is hiring Senior Training Specialist to join them.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for new consultants, overseas education counselors, and client-facing staff.
• Create training modules, workshops, and materials (slides, handbooks, facilitator guides) covering topics such as study abroad processes, university selection, visa procedures, cultural adaptation, communication skills, and sales / counselling skills.
• Coordinate with multiple departments (admissions, student services, marketing, operations) to schedule training sessions, book venues or online platforms, and ensure resource availability.
• Maintain a structured training calendar, ensure smooth logistics, and communicate schedules with stakeholders.
• Analyze training outcomes (e.g., satisfaction, knowledge gain, behavior change) and present reports to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate training partnerships.
• Build and maintain a centralized Training Resource Library (digital + physical) for training materials, templates, recordings, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in training, learning & development, educational services, or project coordination.
• Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs (in-person + virtual).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese / Mandarin (depending on the company needs).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple training streams concurrently.
• Analytical skills: able to measure training effectiveness, draw insights, and suggest improvements.
• Experience working with external training partners or vendors is a plus.
• Self-starter, proactive, with good stakeholder management skills across different departments
