Senior Analyst, IT

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the execution and adoption of selected technology stacks and solutions to support transformation initiatives
Conduct solution and system design and implementation based on business needs and requirements, ensure internal quality of deliverables, and execute rigorous testing procedures
Act as a technical advisor to business analysts and collaborate closely with IT services team to ensure smooth system operations
Provide comprehensive support for user training, production deployment, problem diagnosis, and post-implementation review and support
Champion continuous improvement through DevSecOps practices, and manage documentation and knowledge transfer to facilitate ongoing operations
Ensure strict adherence to corporate IT governance, policies, and standards
Comply with all information security and data privacy policies, including required reporting of security incidents and infrastructure change requests to the Security Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project development, with at least 3 years in cloud-based solution and system design. Project management or business analysis experience is a plus
Strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), container-based technology (Kubernetes/Docker)
Proficient in object-oriented languages (C#, Java) and modern web frameworks (Angular, React)
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile methodology, and integration techniques (RESTful APIs, message queues)
Understanding of RDBMS (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database design.
General Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Team player, self-motivated and independent
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
