Assistant Project Manager - Contract (Ref: APM/31/1197)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform project planning,, coordination, site supervision and overall project management;
  • Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants , direct contractors and sub-contractors;
  • Attend interface, site meeting, workshop;
  • Prepare interfacing document and meeting notes;
  • Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Electrical or Building Servcies discipline;
  • Qualified by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or other equivalent and approved internationally accredited institution;
  • A minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects;
  • Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above;
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
