Conduct ESG and sustainability reporting through applying recognized ESG and sustainability standards and frameworks, such as HKEX requirements, GRI, TCFD, UNSDG, etc.
Perform ESG and sustainability-related risk assessment and analysis via various stakeholder engagement activities
Develop sustainability and carbon management products which include corporate ESG reporting, sustainability and carbon assessments, verification and communication
Conduct extensive research on ESG, sustainable finance and sustainability-related issues and business opportunities
Provide insights to enhance clients’ ESG performance and quality and assist clients achieve long term sustainability and energy reduction targets
Develop guidelines and procedures to refine the ESG and sustainability service systems, including ESG reporting, assurance, analysis and consulting
Undertake business development including business marketing, client networking and partnership building
Develop client proposals, product brochures and deliver presentations to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Studies (environmental engineering, science or management), or other relevant disciplines
A minimum of 2-3 years of solid relevant experience in ESG or sustainability consulting, assurance, carbon auditing, sustainability reporting and/or other relevant project management; candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant
Demonstrable knowledge in common ESG and sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, including HKEX requirements, GRI Standards, TCFD framework, IIRC and sustainability raters’ parameters
Local or overseas professional qualification(s) (e.g. CAP, CEM) is an advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a great advantage
Strong analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
