Job Responsibilities
Handle key accounts assigned by the company.
Handle all enquiries and problems from customers in professional manner.
Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service
Serve as the technical lead in the pre-sales process, supporting sales teams in understanding client needs
Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality Control, Logistics) in our factory for product development to ensure customer requirements are met
Prepare accurate quotations, manage order processing, sampling.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
