職責範圍與任務TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES： 您將在大中華區“人員與業務保障服務部"承擔以下職
You perform the following tasks for the Business Stream “People and Business Assurance” in the region Greater China：
- 作為綜合管理體系（Integrated Management System）組成員，支持並參與質量管理、職業健康與安全和環境管理（HSE）、數據保護及信息安全流程的制定與合規執行
You support and participate in the development and adherence to quality, HSE, data protection and information security processes as part of an integrated management system ("IMS").
- 分析現有綜合管理體系（IMS）流程及服務流程（培訓/咨詢/認證），協同各利益相關方（本地業務團隊/相關部門）實施必要的改進與優化
You analyze the current IMS processes as well as their service processes (training, consulting, certification) and implement necessary changes/optimization potentials in coordination with all stakeholders (local teams, business stakeholders).
- 運用方法論知識，制定規範化流程說明並提供專業建議，確保區域及本地層面質量管理、職業健康與安全和環境管理（HSE）、數據保護及信息安全的報告標准的建立與維護
You bring methodical knowledge, create and advise on formal process descriptions, and ensure the establishment and maintenance of reporting standards for QM, HSE, data protection, and information security at the local and regional level.
- 協同集團數據保護與信息安全部門，制定業務單元及事業部專屬管理標准
You work with corporate data protection and information security to define business unit and division-specific governance levels.
- 統籌開展內部流程審核與安全檢查
You manage, plan, and conduct internal/process-related audits and safety inspections.
- 開展風險評估並制定具體改善措施
You assess risks and derive concrete measures from them.
- 組織專項培訓以提升質量管理、職業健康與安全和環境管理（HSE）、數據保護及信息安全意識
You support the execution of training to raise awareness for QM, HSE, data protection and information security.
任職要求EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS：
- 具備相關領域（工商管理優先）本科及以上學歷
Completed (business administration) studies in the target area.
- 至少5年相關工作經驗
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- 英文聽說讀寫流利，可與外籍人士流暢溝通並具備英文彙報演示能力
Fluent English language skills (B2 upper intermediate).
- 精通MS Office辦公軟件
Very good knowledge of MS Office products.
- 熟悉管理體系標准（如ISO 9001/45001/14001/27001）
Solid experience with management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
- 對數據安全法, 個人信息保護法等相關法律法規熟悉者優先
Solid understanding of local data protection regulations is highly preferred.
- 具有內審/外審經驗
Experience in conducting internal or external audits.
- 擁有成功的流程分析及改進案例經驗
Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.
- 了解風險分析與項目管理相關知識
Basic knowledge in risk analysis and project management required.
- 具有在大型企業或矩陣型管理企業工作的經驗
Experience working within corporate or matrix structures.
- 具備跨文化協作能力
Intercultural competence.
- 擅長與不同利益相關方（如客戶/團隊/管理層）高效溝通
Very good communication skills regarding different stakeholder groups.
- 需要高頻出差（約50%工作時間）
Need to travel - about 50% of working time.
